Right in the heart of the city, situated in the well known and busy shopping area of Princes Street, the hotel is the perfect base for a stay in Scotland's capital. Please note that until the end of June 2002, there is scaffolding in front of the hotel and a small number of rooms may be affected by this.

The Royal British Hotel has 72 bedrooms, all with en suite bathroom, direct dial telephone and colour television. Many of the rooms have views across the city and its castle, which is particularly spectacular at night. The hotel also caters for business conferences with several rooms and facilities designed for this purpose. A range of good-sized syndicate rooms is also available for smaller meetings for up to 20 people. The hotel restaurant and bar offer the guest the best in food and drinks.
